OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE CONSORTIUM

We at the Consortium are deeply saddened by the recent event at the Consortium Space Center.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the affected personnel and everyone impacted by this unfortunate incident.

Investigation and Accountability

Safety has always been a top priority, and we are committed to understanding the underlying cause of this accident.  We have initiated a thorough investigation, working closely with our internal safety team and external governing agencies.

Our goal is to identify the factors that led to the failure and to implement corrective measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Commitment to Transparency

We understand the concerns raised by the public and the media regarding this tragic affair.  We will maintain transparency throughout the investigation process.

The Consortium will provide updates as new information becomes available.  We believe open communication is essential to rebuilding trust and ensuring the protection of our operations.

Proactive Safety Measures

We have implemented steps to enhance workplace health protocols and quality control processes.  This includes a comprehensive review of manufacturing and testing procedures, as well as additional training for employees.
