CHAPTER 16 - Time Travel for Fun and Prophet

The next day Dan followed housekeeping again and was making good progress at cleaning up the mess Bob left behind.  He realized he was cheating himself out of tips by fixing things before they were called in, but he didn’t figure he’d be here for long.

Still, he didn’t know why he was here.  Maybe there was a person or key event he was drawn to, but New York in 1954 covered a lot of ground.  He tried reading the paper to get an idea, but too much was happening.  Also, he figured just because jumpers were drawn to certain events, it didn’t mean he was this time.

Maybe he was only here to fix the plumbing.
